Overview

This is a focused course of study designed for leaders who want to add coaching skills to their leadership tool set.

Leaders who employ coaching skills more effectively support innovation, inspire results, and leverage the talents of their teams.

Participants become more effective learners able to take in information more efficiently and adapt thought and action accordingly.

They also learn how to conduct a coaching conversation and identify opportunities to utilize their coaching skills during day-to-day professional situations.

Format

Pre-Course Work

  • -Complete about two hours of reading and activities

One-Day Workshop

  • -The methodology includes demonstrations, case studies, and practice with feedback
  • -Observed coaching by Blue Mesa Group faculty
  • -Immediate feedback with personalized recommendations for practice

*Post-Workshop Study Groups *
(Three to five weeks after workshop)

  • These facilitated groups of three to five people (in person or via teleconference) allow you to learn from your peers, gain feedback from the experts about how to continuously improve, and gain greater confidence in your capacity to use coaching skills

No application is necessary for this program as it is offered to your team by the Blue Mesa Institute for Coach Training through your company.
