Code of Conduct

Students are required to complete 100% of course requirements, follow and commit to the ICF Code of Ethics.

We expect participants to demonstrate:

  • -continuous learning
  • -engagement with other participants
  • -skillful feedback (both given and received)

and to be the principles that are taught:

  • -awareness of self and others
  • -relationships trump results
  • -learning
  • -personal responsibility
  • -skillful communication
  • -emotional maturity

Application Fees

Application fees are nonrefundable.

Certification Requirements for Transformational Coaching Course: ICF-Approved ACTP

  • -100% of homework must be turned into assigned faculty. This is an all or nothing requirement and includes honoring all negotiated commitments with the Mentor Coach and Program Director.
  • -Full attendance of:
    • -on-site or on-line workshops (or pre-negotiated equivalent)
    • -six teleconferences
    • -ten mentor coaching sessions
  • -Participants must pass the final examination. The oral exam requires minimum competence at the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level.
  • -If a participant cannot attend any of the required sessions, she/he may negotiate with the Program Director prior to the absence to establish an appropriate learning equivalent experience.

Refund Policy

5 or more weeks prior to the start date - 90%, 4 weeks prior to the program start date - 75%, 2 weeks prior to the program start date - 50%, no refunds after the program begins. The percentage of refund is based on the amount paid by the participant to date. All course materials must be returned. This cancellation policy applies for participants who willingly opt to leave the program, or if the Program Director, for any reason in their sole and absolute discretion, requests the participant to leave the program. The refunds set forth above shall be the participant’s’ only recourse, and participants shall not be entitled to any other remuneration upon leaving or being dismissed from the program, including but not limited to consequential damages.
